Instructions for setting up your computer are available. There's one for Windows XP and one for Windows Vista. Just email us and we'll send the one you need in Word format.

Slip owners have been sent the password, so renters, the slip owner or their agent will give you that information.

Since we pay  fee to have this service, please keep the password confidential.

RIVER NOIRE YACHT CLUB RULES AND REGULATIONS

PARKING LOT / COMMON AREAS
1. The speed limit within the association is 15 MPH.
2. Park in designated areas only, never on grass or blocking walkways.
3. Storage of boat or utility trailers is not permitted. *
4. Camping, including in RVs or tents, is not permitted at the Marina.
5. Sidewalks, docks, and other walkways shall not are not to be obstructed or used for any other purpose other than for access to and from boat slips.
6. Operation of any wheeled vehicles (except supply carts) is prohibited on any wooded structure.
7. Fireworks, firearms, and other dangerous items may not be used in the marina.

BOATS & SLIPS
1. All vessels must be moored in slips in a safe manner.
2. Engines should not be idled for an excessive period within the marina.
3. Slips may not be occupied by more than one boat (except dinghies, jet skis, etc) which may not obstruct navigation or prevent safe passage.
4. No part of a boat, nor dinghies or fishing gear, may overlap slip.
5. Grills may not be used on head dock or finger piers.
6. Marine approved grills are permitted to be used on boats.
7. No materials may be stored on docks, walkways or other common areas.
8. Only standard white approved dock boxes are allowed.
9. Sailors should tie off all halyards.
10. No boat shall be operated so as to cause a wake within the yacht club.
11. Heaters and/or air conditioners are not to be left running while owner is away from the boat for an extended period.
12. No mooring lines to be placed on electrical posts
13. Quiet time begins at 11 pm.
14. Music and marine radios should be turned off when no one is on board the boat for an extended time.

PETS
1. Only domestic pets, such as cats and dogs are allowed.
2. Pets must be on a leash and under control at all times.
3. Pets are curbed only in pet walk areas and pet owner must immediately clean up after their pet
4. Pets that are judged to be continuing annoyance by the Board may be disallowed.

FISH CLEANING
1. Fish cleaning is only allowed at the fish cleaning station. User is responsible for clean up.
2. Fish remains are not to be placed in dumpster.

REFUSE
1. All trash and garbage should be properly bagged and disposed in dumpster. Close dumpster lid.
2. Hazardous waste, including engine oil and fluids, batteries, etc. may not be disposed of in dumpster and should be properly disposed off-site.

GENERAL CO-OWNER & TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain proper insurance naming RNYC as additional insured.
2. Slip renting requires approval by board.
3. No slip may be rented by a co-owner who is in arrears in his dues.
4. Each co-owner is responsible for the tenant's compliance with the rules and regulations and shall provide tenant with the rules and regulations.
5. Co-owner is responsible for winter damage caused by ladders.
6. Permission is required prior to winter bubbling.
7. “For Sale” or “For Rent” signs may only be placed on the RNYC directory board.
8. Every co-owner and tenant has the right and the responsibility to protect vessels, the marina, and the marina waters
9. This is not a complete list of rules. Co-owners must adhere to the requirements of the Master Deed, By-Laws and other pertinent condominium documents.
